Many people, events and things compete for our attention, yet none is more important than where we find hope, light, strength and song. Here at First Presbyterian Church we welcome all people to be part of this journey of friendship and faith development.
We offer diverse opportunities for children to learn Bible stories and expand their faith while enjoying a wide range of educational experiences.
Sunday School and Youth Group are two of the options available to the FPC youth. Faith is also expanded through community youth events/activities, service projects, multi-church retreats, and mission trips
The Recreation Center for Senior Citizens serves those 55 and up and offers a warm place to meet with others, to play games, share a meal or learn and enjoy a new hobby or activity.
Saturdays are neighborhood days as we open our doors at 11:30 for this FREE lunch sponsored by our Deacons. We are blessed by those we serve and by volunteers, organizations and churches who join us on scheduled Saturdays.
SERVICE MAKES A DIFFERENCE
The Mission Committee invites you to join them on April 9th as they travel to Sewickley to volunteer at the World Vision Distribution Center. The group will meet at the church at 7:30 AM to carpool. After the work scheduled from 9-12, the group will stop in Cranberry to enjoy lunch.
WOMEN’S STUDY GROUP
The Women’s Study Group is set to embark on a study of Ruth by Kelly Minter titled, Ruth: Loss, Love and Legacy. They will meet on Monday evenings at 5:30 for a light dinner and then will explore lessons taught by Ruth.
